The pool access from my room was the highlight. I loved being able to step directly into the water from my patio. the swim-up bar was amazing and i really enjoyed the happy hour specials there. the location was perfect, near shops and restaurants!
the tv in my room didn't have internet connectivity. i wish i could have streamed movies or shows easily!

the pool area featured many sunbeds, i never struggled to find a place to relax. a well-equipped gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes, offering enough for a workout. the available spa services also provided a plus.

my room was spacious and very clean, i had a super comfortable bed and a balcony with a pool view. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, it was amazing. i loved it!

the hotel is located a short walk from the beach, it was easy to access the sand and sea. several restaurants and shops are also nearby. it was perfect!

The pool was big and well kept! the room was very clean, and the staff was always friendly. security at the gate gave me a sense of safety. i found the facilities to be excellent. most of the staff spoke some english. This helped us communicate effectively.
i noticed the hotel is showing slight signs of wear. the photos could use an update to reflect the current condition.

Breakfast offered a varied menu daily. I looked forward to it each morning. the breakfast was free and had a different menu every day. the pool bar provided qr code ordering.

the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. the rooms were large and spacious, and i found the bed comfortable. daily cleaning included changing towels. there was also a nice balcony.

mediocre stay, cleanliness issues and inflexible staff
persistent knockingstressful experience
I found the staff inflexible and quite rigid. During a misunderstanding about a night we hadn't paid for yet, they harassed us by phone repeatedly while my baby was sleeping. even after my husband explained that i was getting a massage in their own spa, they insisted on knocking persistently at our door. this seemed inappropriate and intrusive. the general attitude created a stressful experience. It definitely wasn't what i expected.

The staff were always smiling and willing to help people.
The breakfast was disappointing. The food quality tasted cheap to me. Thailand has great fruit but they only served bananas and sliced watermelon. It was also the first hotel that asked for a deposit for the second room key.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were very kind. the room was big and spacious. the hotel is near kata night market. I found that very convenient.
The photos online are old. The hotel needs updating. housekeeping did only the very necessary tasks, such as taking out the trash. there were not enough shelves in the bathroom for my things.
